  • Cost of issuing an uncertified copy for the insured party.

We will cover all the expenses arising from the legal advice and drafting as long as the living will is granted before a notary, as well those from providing notarial and registration advice. 

  • If available, identification of the internet resources in which the deceased person was a user and where they wish to perform the cancellation. If they are not aware of them, the insurer can track the internet resources linked to the email address or addresses provided by the heirs.
  • Copy of the applicant's National ID card or Foreign ID card.
  • Original death certificate of the deceased.
  • Document supporting the status of heir.
  • Authorisation from the heir.
  • Email address of the deceased, if the heirs want to delete this.
  • Optionally, if available to them, the user's login credentials.
