When you tell us what has happened, we will need all the information you can provide, such as:
► The personal details of the insured person (full name, policy number or ID number)
► Description of the events, as well as the place and the date
► Possible causes and damage caused
► Information regarding any liable and injured parties, if any, such as name, address, telephone number and insurance company
