Access to the contents of this website is free for all Users, and does not require prior User subscription or registration. This service is available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, with the exception of any interruptions required for system maintenance or improvements, or as a result of the circumstances expressed in section IV, paragraph 3).

Applicable law and jurisdiction
For any litigious issues derived from the existence, access, use or content of the General Conditions, both the Customer and Plus Ultra Seguros will be subject to the jurisdiction and exclusive competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, expressly waiving their right to any other jurisdiction.
